Is the exact genotype and quantity guaranteed?
Yes, for models in the sperm bank — Cyagen guarantees delivery of the specified genotype and headcount for cataloged strains. PCR genotyping is performed at every generation to confirm this before shipment.
Can I request faster delivery than the standard TAT?
Fast-track delivery is available for the featured cKO packages (see the Campaign Pricing section above). For other packages, contact our Singapore team to check whether expedited breeding is feasible for your gene.
Does the price include shipping to my institution?
No — listed prices cover breeding, IVF, and genotyping only. Shipping and any import/customs logistics are quoted separately based on your delivery address.
