C-NKG小鼠是赛业生物通过在NOD-Scid品系上敲除Il2rg基因而自主研发的一款重度免疫缺陷小鼠,C-NKG小鼠缺乏成熟的T、B和NK免疫细胞,补体活性降低,巨噬细胞对人源细胞吞噬作用减弱,可用于人造血干细胞(HSC)、外周血单核细胞(PBMC),患者来源的异种移植物(PDX)或成体干细胞和组织的高效移植,是目前公认的免疫缺陷程度最高的模型之一,是可广泛用于肿瘤、免疫、自身免疫性疾病、免疫治疗疫苗、移植物抗宿主病(GvHD)和药物安全性评估等领域研究的优秀模型。
