在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中,TFAP4通过转录激活IGF2BP1的表达,稳定TK1的表达,从而促进NSCLC的进展。TFAP4通过m6A修饰调控IGF2BP1的表达,从而影响NSCLC细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭[7]。
