BTBD2,也称为BTB domain containing 2,是一种重要的BTB/POZ结构域蛋白。BTB/POZ结构域是一种在许多发育调节锌指蛋白和kelch家族的肌动蛋白相关蛋白中发现的保守基序,被认为介导蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用。BTBD2基因编码一个3188nt的转录本,具有482个氨基酸的开放阅读框,预测的蛋白质产物大小为52.7 kDa。北 blot分析显示,BTBD1在心脏和骨骼肌中的表达增强。参考文献[1]。
