前列腺癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,对男性健康构成严重威胁。研究发现,前列腺癌对二氯环铂的敏感性存在个体差异,而ASTE1基因的突变可能与前列腺癌对二氯环铂的耐药性相关。在前列腺癌患者中,ASTE1基因的突变频率在二氯环铂耐药组中较高,而二氯环铂敏感组中较低。此外,研究发现,ASTE1基因的突变与二氯环铂耐药性的预测指标相关,为前列腺癌的个体化治疗提供新的思路[9]。
