SUN2在结直肠癌的转移中发挥重要作用。SUN2的表达水平在结直肠癌组织和转移组织中降低。SUN2的过表达可以抑制结直肠癌细胞的迁移和侵袭,而SUN2的敲低可以促进结直肠癌的转移。SUN2通过与SIRT1相互作用,抑制BDNF/TrkB信号通路,发挥肿瘤抑制因子的作用[9]。
