TRPC7通道还与间充质细胞衰老和细胞外基质合成相关。研究发现,TRPC7-AS1可以竞争性地结合miR-4769-5p,从而影响HPN的表达,进而调节间充质细胞的衰老和细胞外基质合成[7]。

TRPC7通道还与心律失常的发生和发展相关。研究发现,非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)患者中TRPC通道的表达显著上调,提示TRPC通道可能参与了NVAF的发生和发展[9]。
