在肝癌中,RABL6通过miR-122-5p/RABL6信号通路发挥作用。研究发现,AR(雄激素受体)可以作为一种肿瘤抑制基因,通过miR-122-5p/RABL6信号通路抑制HCC细胞的侵袭和迁移能力。miR-122-5p可以直接靶向RABL6 mRNA的3'UTR区域,从而抑制RABL6的表达,进而影响HCC细胞的进展[1]。此外,meta分析也发现,RABL6在HBV相关的HCC中发挥作用,通过促进与细胞分裂、表观遗传调控和Akt信号通路相关的基因表达,进而影响HCC的发生和发展[2]。

在胃癌中,RABL6通过circTMC5/miR-361-3p/RABL6轴发挥作用。研究发现,circTMC5在GC组织中高表达,与患者的临床病理特征和预后相关。circTMC5通过sponging miR-361-3p并上调RABL6的表达,从而促进GC细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移,抑制凋亡[3]。
