MGI:98742Mutations in this gene result in diverse phenotypes depending on the location and severity of the mutation. Observed phenotypes may include alterations in thyroid physiology, intestinal remodeling, cerebellum development, bone growth, cardiac function, thermogenesis, and fertility.
