Nnt基因的表达异常还与多种癌症的发生发展相关。研究发现,在食管鳞状细胞癌中,NNT基因的编码基因NNT-AS1的表达上调,通过海绵化miR-382-5p,抑制NNT基因的表达,从而促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭[2]。在胰腺癌中,NNT-AS1通过调节miR-889-3p/HIF-1α信号通路,影响肿瘤细胞的葡萄糖代谢、增殖和转移[4]。在胆管癌中,NNT-AS1通过调节miR-485/BCL9信号通路,影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭[5]。在黑色素瘤中,NNT基因的表达上调,通过调节抗氧化基因的表达,降低细胞内活性氧(ROS)水平,从而保护肿瘤细胞免受ROS的损伤[7]。
