在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中,CD68+SHP2+巨噬细胞的浸润水平与预后相关。CD68+SHP2+巨噬细胞的高浸润提示NSCLC患者的预后不良。靶向SHP2可能是一种有潜力的治疗策略,可以抑制M2型巨噬细胞的极化[9]。
