CCT5的降解受CRL4DCAF12 E3连接酶的调控。CRL4DCAF12是一种E3泛素连接酶,它优先泛素化携带C端双重谷氨酸(di-Glu)基序的蛋白质。CCT5是CRL4DCAF12的底物之一,CRL4DCAF12通过识别和结合CCT5的C端di-Glu基序,将其泛素化并促进其降解[3][6]。
