在口腔癌中,CDSN基因的表达水平与患者的预后和生存时间密切相关。研究发现,低表达CDSN基因的口腔癌患者预后较差,生存时间较短。这表明CDSN基因可能成为口腔癌治疗的潜在靶点[4]。

此外,CDSN基因与银屑病的易感性相关。研究发现,CDSN基因的SNP位点与银屑病的易感性相关,特别是在高加索人群中。这表明CDSN基因在银屑病的发生发展中可能发挥着重要作用[5,6]。
