在家族性腺瘤性息肉病(FAP)患者中,PPM1L的表达也受到调节。研究发现,在APC基因突变阴性的FAP患者中,3q26区域的拷贝数变异(CNV)导致PPM1L的表达下调,从而为FAP的发病机制提供了新的见解[7]。
