Tacr2基因的表达还与免疫微环境相关。在前列腺癌中,Tacr2表达水平与临床分期、Gleason评分和生存结局显著相关,且与肥大细胞呈正相关,与M2型巨噬细胞呈负相关。过表达Tacr2可以促进前列腺癌细胞迁移和增殖,通过调节Wnt信号通路发挥作用[3]。

在情绪调节方面,Tacr2基因的表达与抑郁症状相关。慢性不可预测的轻度应激(CUMS)可以导致大鼠体重减轻、糖水偏好降低、活动减少和强迫游泳实验中不动时间增加等抑郁样表型。研究发现,CUMS敏感大鼠下丘脑中Tacr2蛋白和mRNA表达水平显著增加,而Tacr2基因的DNA甲基化水平显著降低[1]。

此外,Tacr2基因的表达还与女性不孕症相关。研究发现,Tacr2基因在患有不同不孕病因的女性卵泡颗粒细胞中的表达发生改变,提示Tacr2可能参与调节女性不孕症的发病机制[7]。

在食管功能方面,Tacr2基因的表达与下食管括约肌的调节密切相关。Tacr2在下食管括约肌的肌肉组织中表达量最高,提示其在调节下食管括约肌功能方面发挥重要作用[8]。
