血管性痴呆是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,LRPAP1基因与血管性痴呆的易感性相关。研究发现,LRPAP1基因的DD基因型和D等位基因在血管性痴呆患者中的频率较高,表明LRPAP1基因可能增加血管性痴呆的易感性[5]。
