品系描述
Serpina1(a-e) KO 小鼠是一种基因敲除(KO)模型,利用基因编辑技术敲除了小鼠 Serpina1(a-e)基因(人类 SERPINA1 基因的同源基因)的蛋白编码序列。初步数据表明,小鼠肝脏中 Serpina1 基因的表达几乎缺失,在 8 周龄时尚未观察到明显的肺部异常病变。Serpina1(a-e) KO 小鼠可应用于肺气肿、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、肝硬化和肝细胞癌的发病机制研究以及相关治疗策略的研发。
