品系描述
C-NKG B2m KO小鼠是在C-NKG小鼠的背景上敲除了B2m基因所构建的，与C-NKG小鼠相比，C-NKG B2m KO小鼠在PBMC移植后的生存期有较大提升，可用于PBMC免疫系统重建的长期研究。
