BRG小鼠为Il2rg基因和Rag2基因双重敲除的模型，该模型呈现为比Il2rg基因或Rag2基因敲除小鼠更严重的B细胞、T细胞和NK细胞缺失以及其他的重症联合免疫缺陷表型。BRG-Cd47 KO小鼠是利用基因编辑技术在BRG小鼠的基础上进一步敲除了小鼠Cd47基因而获得的，可用于一系列肿瘤学和免疫学领域的研究。
