此外,Ube2z基因的rs46522多态性与中国汉族人群2型糖尿病合并冠状动脉疾病的风险相关,且与体重指数具有协同效应[6]。然而,在伊朗西南部人群的2型糖尿病研究中,UBE2Z基因的rs46522多态性与T2DM风险无显著关联[7]。在中国汉族人群中,UBE2Z基因的rs46522多态性与冠状动脉疾病风险相关[8]。在四种血液系统恶性肿瘤中,Ube2z基因的表达与患者的预后相关,高表达的Ube2z与不良预后相关[9]。
