在胃癌中,lncRNA PITPNA-AS1通过结合miR-92a-3p,解除其对SOX4的抑制,从而促进胃癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭[3]。

在胶质母细胞瘤中,lncRNA PITPNA-AS1通过结合miR-223-3p,上调表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达,激活PI3K/AKT信号通路,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖和抑制凋亡[4]。

在肺鳞状细胞癌中,lncRNA PITPNA-AS1通过结合miR-223-3p,上调PTN的表达,从而促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭和干性[5]。
