品系描述
本模型为KRAS G12D突变过表达模型，是通过将LSL-K-Ras G12D小鼠（条件性过表达KRAS G12D基因小鼠）与Pdx-Cre小鼠（胰腺特异性Cre表达小鼠）交配获得的。该模型在胰腺中过表达K-Ras G12D蛋白，自发出现由胰腺上皮内瘤变（PanIN）发展而来的转移性胰腺癌，其进程与人类胰腺导管腺癌（PDAC）中发现的相同信号通路紊乱相关。
